Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) announced today that it has entered into agreements to acquire 80% of PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika (Adira Insurance), a top 10 property and casualty (P&C) insurer in Indonesia, from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia (Bank Danamon) and a minority investor.

Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, announced that its production site located in Tangerang, Indonesia under the business unit of Industrial & Consumer Specialties (ICS) has received the Halal certification in Indonesia. With the certification, Clariant’s products will be granted better access to Muslim consumers located in countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia in Southeast Asia.

On Monday, August 27, 2018, Indonesia SwissCham paid a courtesy visit to KADIN, represented here by Ms. Shinta Widjaja Kamdani (Vice Chairman) and Mr. Yono Reksoprodjo (Deputy Head of Permanent Committee, European Section).

The newly established Swiss Indonesia Chamber of Commerce (SwissCham Indonesia) will serve as a platform to enhance trade, investment and other business relations between Indonesia and Switzerland.
