Recognizing this essential need, SKF Indonesia has taken a significant step forward by inaugurating new nursery rooms, aptly named "Bintang Kecil" which translates to "Little Stars", at both our factory and sales office. This initiative exemplifies our commitment to providing a supportive environment that caters to the well-being of our employees and their families.

The establishment of the nursery rooms symbolizes our progressive stance on work-life balance and our dedication to the families that contribute to our success, especially working mothers, in managing their careers alongside the joys and challenges of parenthood. The facilities are designed to offer a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for the children of our employees, ensuring peace of mind for parents while they contribute to our success.
By providing this essential service, we aim to alleviate the stress associated with balancing professional responsibilities and family life, thereby enhancing job satisfaction and retention. It's a step towards promoting gender equality, encouraging more women to pursue their career ambitions with the support infrastructure they need.
The inauguration of the nursery, led by Mukund Vasudevan, President, Industrial Region India and Southeast Asia, and Managing Director, SKF India, alongside the entire RMT team, marks a significant milestone in our journey towards empowering women and supporting working parents.
