Since the introduction of Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection (PDP) law in October 2022 and its impending full implementation in October 2024, companies throughout the nation are grappling with the complexities of data protection. This shift brings about various challenges, spanning legal, operational, and financial aspects.
Amidst the landscape, PT Integrity Indonesia takes strides to safeguard our clients' personal data by appointing certified Data Protection Officers (DPOs) to oversee a range of services, including Employment Background Screening, Whistleblowing System, and Due Diligence .
Their role is pivotal in ensuring the proper management of entrusted personal information, covering security, confidentiality, legality, and personal consent as mandated by law.
As of February 2024, only 570 DPOs are certified in Indonesia, and we take pride in being part of this selected group.
Rest assured, your data security is our top priority. We are unwavering in our commitment to protecting your information and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of data privacy and security.
