SwissCham Indonesia Structured Internship Support
An avenue towards quality workforce
SwissCham Indonesia joined forces with the Skills for Competitiveness (S4C) Project by Swisscontact to offer support services for the implementation of structured internships, derived from a dual vocational education & training system. We aim to improve the quality and organization of internships by connecting the company with selected and quality Polytechnics across Indonesia.
Company Sponsors
SwissCham Indonesia together with S4C (Skill for Competitiveness) provide an assistance program to implement a Structured Internship in our member company. SwissCham Structured Internship program uses a dual vocational education and training system (dVET) where students will study in two learning venues, which are the host company and vocational school.
For the pilot project, five member companies, PT. Bühler Indonesia, PT. Endress+Hauser Indonesia, PT. Indesso Primatama, PT. Givaudan Indonesia, and PT. Sicpa Peruri Secureink, sign an MoU with three polytechnic under S4C program as a commitment to success the structured internship program.
