SwissCham Indonesia donated to 1000 Days Fund

“The 1000 Days Fund campaign seek to mobilize Indonesia towards a national commitment to zero stunting by 2030” and to support the campaign, Indonesia SwissCham donated IDR 10 million on 14 August 2020.
Today, representing Indonesia SwissCham Board of Management, Mr. Christophe Piganiol, who is also the President Director of PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL), gave a symbolic presentation to 1000 Days Fund received by Mr. Stanley Saputra, Program Officer of the organisation.
This is a start of a partnership with opportunities for future collaborations.

Audience with the Minister of Agriculture

Yesterday on 18 August, Ambassador of Switzerland in Indonesia, H.E. Kurt Kunz together with SwissCham’s Chairman Board of Supervisor, Dr. Luthfi Mardiansyah, had an audience with Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Syahrul Yasin Limpo at his office.

The meeting was a follow up after Indonesia SwissCham and our members (PT. Nestle Indonesia, PT. Syngenta Indonesia, PT. HM Sampoerna, PT. Japan Tobacco International Indonesia, and PT. SGS Indonesia) met on 6 August in Bogor with Head Bureau of International Cooperation, Dr. Ade Candradijaya.

H.E Kurt Kunz and Dr. Luthfi Mardiansyah delivered and discussed with the Minister on three things, regulations, foreign ownership, and potential collaboration for Swiss companies who are operating in Indonesia. Indonesia SwissCham looks forward to the cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture.
